Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together broccoli slaw, carrots and tomatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and salt.
  3. Toss the salad with the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
